Artisan cheese needs complex care. We give our cheeses the careful attention they need to insure that they are presented to you in the best possible condition. If you are ever less than thrilled with the cheese you have purchased, please contact us immediately so that we may offer you a replacement or refund. As cheese is a perishable food, we ask that you notify us of any problems within 72 hours of receipt.
To extend the life of your cheeses, we freshly cut them to order and wrap them in breathable paper. We recommend that you keep them in this paper, enclosed in a sealable plastic bag. Although many cheeses have an indefinite shelf life , we recommend that you enjoy them within two weeks.
