It's Labor Day weekend! We've put together a great selection to meet your holiday snacking needs.

Welcome back, Tubby! Spring Brook Farm makes this Alpine-style cheese from their raw Jersey cow's milk. They then send it to Crown Finish Caves in Brooklyn, where it spends a year aging in their underground caves and developing its rich, savory flavors. A robust 30 pound wheel, Tubby is full of the classic nutty notes you expect from an Alpine, along with bright, tropical fruit notes.
