Cheese Shop

Come by our shop in the Heights! Each day we are open we offer a free tasting of the five cheeses in our weekly To Go Bag. The selection covers a range of styles, milks, and origins and acts as an introduction to our collection of over 150 cheeses.

We feature mostly American-made cheeses, and highlight Texas cheeses. Occasionally we sneak in an imported cheese we can't resist. We cut and wrap cheese fresh each day.

To complement the cheeses, we carry fresh bread from Magnol Bakery on Fridays and Saturdays, local honey, olives, cured meats and other cheese accompaniments. We also have a great selection of cheese-friendly wines.
